Essie’s Fiji! There are a few Essie polishes that are hugely loved that aren’t a part of my collection. Why, you ask? I really don’t have an answer for that! I’ve mentioned before, while nail polish shopping, I tend to get sucked into the gorgeous, screaming brights in the room. The sparkles, the glitter, the saturated berry tones, etc. (could I be more dramatic, I’m not sure). The subtle beauties fade into the background unless I’m on a specific hunt for them. Fiji is one of those polishes that has been on my mental ‘list’. Mademoiselle, Ballet Slippers, Marshmallow- those are there too! I heard Fiji was pretty opaque, and I enjoy that in a light color. Essie’s Guchi Muchi Puchi has made itself a special place in my heart, a squishy jelly light baby pink. Fiji has made a place beside G.M.P. as her opaque older sister. Any other suggestions for Essie polishes would be much appreciated. xo
