Hey y’all. After spending seriously WAY too much time removing my last manicure yesterday evening I decided to throw on 2 coats of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure polish in Wine Not? and call it a day!
It’s supposed to have all steps in one! I couldn’t be bothered layering base, polish, & top coat when I was yearning for sleep- big time.
I’ve mentioned before I don’t quite believe this gives the effect of all in one- you can see on my nails, the whole look is a bit thin. It needs a thick shiny top coat, no?
That being said, the color is lovely, the brush is made for my nail bed– I generally treat this line like a regular old polish and I am quite satisfied with the overall manicure. If I had a moment this morning, I’d throw on a top coat– but alas, I’m running behind! I might slap on some glitter tonight- you think I’d have learned my lesson by now! Scrubbing that stuff off can take foreverrrr (even with acetone/foil) –all depends on the polish and size of glitters me thinks.
Enough rambles, have a lovely day everyone!

Very pretty color, but I agree, it’s needs a top coat. I just never go without one and it helps extend the life of my manicure. I have a love hate relationship with glitter. It’s gorgeous, but I dread removing it.
I have good luck with certain glitters.. sometimes it’s pretty simple– but some just kill me! My fingers are sore the next day!
Pretty color indeed. I always use base and top coats – no matter what the polish is. Have you tried Revlon Colorstay polish yet? If so, how is it?
I only have one color and it’s a sheer pink– not what I’ve been reaching for lately! Really been loving my glitters and such
Glitter is always worth the effort!! …in my humble opinion ;-)
Almost always worth it! I could not get that crap off, it took at least an hour of scrubbing! :p
