Today’s nail of the day is nice, but nothing too exciting.
I applied 2 coats of China Glaze Smoke and Ashes to my nails and the formula was quite thick… the color loses a lot of it’s subtle sparkle after you apply it. If you’ve seen the video of me wearing this color (December Favorites), you may not have known it had any sparkle at all!
Overall, it’s a dark shade that works but this one is definitely not awesome.

Hi Mary.. I actually checked out the video and believe it or not you can actully see hints of a grean and teal blue shifts within the polish. Yes It is dark, but it looks pretty. I have the color and it’s currently untried. I may have to pull it out my stash and use it.
