I realized the weekend before last why my nails and hair seem so much healthier.. (thought I might as well share)..
I’ve been taking these vitamins for quite a while now. My husband and I aren’t in the “planning a pregnancy” stage just yet but I do think all women of child-bearing age should take a multi with folic acid to help prevent spina bifida in case one were to get pregnant.
Sure they have a bit of sugar and gelatin (not vegan)- but they are delicious and I can’t wait to take them every morning! Even if you’re a dude, or not anywhere near an accidental pregnancy- the vitamins are good for you. There’s no estrogen in here or anything super girly related so don’t be afraid!
